Topics to be discussed include: \n\nUnderstanding how probate will affect your family and estate\nManaging tax exposure and protecting assets\nMaking the best decisions regarding wills and trusts\nPlanning and funding for final expenses\nSetting up documentation like power of attorney and health care directives\nPreparing you for a visit to an attorney (potentially saving you money)\n\nJohn Tetzloff\, Director of Sales for Catholic United Financial\, will address these estate planning topics and take questions about your situation during our Q&A session. \nNothing will be sold at this workshop.
