Catholic United Financial has had several names in our history spanning more than 137 years. In 2010, our membership voted to change from Catholic Aid Association to our current name to better reflect the business and benevolent aspects of our company. We retain all rights to the previous form of our name. Many of our longstanding members still use "Catholic Aid" casually to refer to us. All current business and benevolence conducted by our employees, members and volunteers must use our current name, Catholic United Financial.
