Supporting Catholic Religious Education

Catholic United Financial > Unite With Us > Supporting Catholic Religious Education

Catholic United Financial exists to support the Roman Catholic Church in extending the faith, especially by commending and encouraging Catholic schools and religious education.

We support the local parishes, schools and institutions in the Upper Midwest that educate Catholics of all ages. Our programs raise funds, provide scholarships and generate volunteer activity for these vital programs that unite our communities as only our Catholic faith can.

Since 2009, we have donated more than $6 million dollars to Catholic schools, parish religious education programs, and youth groups in support of this mission. We don’t intend to stop any time soon, and we’re committed to finding new ways of supporting our mission.

In the last 10 years, we’ve instituted three new programs to help us give more and encourage more people to be involved: Catholic Schools Raffle, Gather4Good, and the R.E.new Fund for Catholic Religious Education.

Transforming profits into purpose

As a not-for-profit company, we transform the dollars we make from the sale of life insurance, annuities and retirement products into grants, scholarships and support for programs that support the Catholic faith and Catholic volunteerism. These dollars are distributed through our Giving Network across five states.

To us — the members, employees and volunteers of Catholic United — this common bond fuels our pursuit of this mission every day. We invite you to join us!
