Membership means more than just owning a policy or holding a retirement account. As a member-owned and operated company, the products, services and benefits we offer were created by members for members. We are average people who want to see our families and communities thrive and grow.
Members are encouraged to take advantage of all of their benefits of membership, and to encourage others to join us and enjoy the same.
The storms of life are unpredictable in all ways but one…they will happen.
When a member is in financial hardship due to traumatic illness, natural disaster or military service, Catholic United has a Member Assistance matching grant program that will match dollars raised, up to $1,000, at a fundraiser in the name of the member. Contact a Member Engagement staff member to access this benefit.
When you become a member by purchasing a qualifying life insurance product* Catholic United will make a $25 donation in your name to the Catholic school or religious education program of your choice. Catholic families receive the protection that life insurance brings, and your schools and programs receive donations as a direct result of your membership.
Your local Sales Representative can help you determine the right life insurance product for your needs. Let your Sales Rep know you would like to take part in the program when you apply and you can sign up for the R.E.new Fund contribution as part of your life insurance application.
The Precious Life Insurance Benefit plan offers members a no-cost benefit for newborn children and a protection option for infants that are not insurable. Conditions apply. Contact your local Sales Representative for more details about this benefit.
