Merger vote announced
Catholic United Financial to join Trusted Fraternal Life family of brands

Delegates ratified Catholic United Financial’s merger with Trusted Fraternal Life, a Milwaukee-based fraternal life insurance organization formerly known as Catholic Financial Life. If approved by Minnesota and Wisconsin regulators, the merger will take effect on Jan. 1, 2025.
